Explanation / Answer

Modulation is simply a process in which message signl is transmitted to a receiver with the help of a carrier signal. thereare various type of modulation like 1) Frequency modulation 2) phase modulation 3) Amplitude modulation 4)polarizatin modulation 5)pulse code modulation

Radio use frequency modulation (FM). there are a number of channels on radio / FM of our phone each with a given frequency like 92.7MHZ,101.4 MHz etc. each channel get a certain range and entire station get transmitted over that range due to modulation.

in micro ovens , microwaves are emitted by a small antena and directed in to the cooking compartment. after that they pass a set of turning metal fan blades which disperse the microwave uniformly over the surface of the food to be heated. this entire process depends upon frequency modulation as FM signals are carried on microwaves.

eariler the working of land line phone also depends upon amplitude modulation. it carry message signal in telphone lines.

telvision use two kind of modulation. amplitude modulation for vedio and frequency modulation for sound.

bluetooth which is generally used in laptop, mobile wirelessspeaker etc uses modulation technique for data transmission.
