Please answer this question in paragraph format. system. I'm looking for answers to the following questions: How do the muscles do work from a physiological standpoint? How are muscles recruited to do work and what is the limiting mechanism for muscular output? What happens when muscles become fatigued? How can fatigue lead to both short term and long term injury when these limits are exceeded? What kind of injuries can occur? Does dangerous work always feel dangerous at first? Why? And finally, as designers, what can we do to make work safer?

The muscles from physiological standpoint are done through series of contraction and relaxation. Muscle helps in providing postural support and stability. It helps in standing position and helps in performing work. It helps in regulation of the movement and perform work. The muscular system functions by producing force and cause motion which helps in movement of the internal organs. The muscles are recruited to do the work with help of the sliding filament theory of muscle contraction where the fibres actin and myosin slide over each other. It causes shortening of the myofibrils and contraction of muscles. And after the work, the muscle relaxes in lengthening motion. The muscle fatigues is reduction of a muscle to create and generate force and it might be due to rigorous training or workout. The main reason of muscle fatigue is inability of nerve to generate a signal and reduced ability of contraction of muscle fibre. When the muscles are fatigued the short time injury causes its temporary inability to move and muscle strain with slight swelling. Long term fatigue might cause muscle contusion which us hematoma of tissue where capillaries and venules are damaged by trauma leading to hemorrhage. No dangerous work does not always feel dangerous always because the affect on the muscle and body is seen later. The fatigue and problems tends to accumulate with time. We can make the work safer through giving muscle rest, stretching after intense workout and continue working out. Medical attention is required immediately in case of any trouble.
