My leadership style is tranformational as per the experience exhibited till date. A transformationa; style of leadership is great in influencing people to think out of the box, and make others follow them out of their own will.The ideas proposed are revolutionary, and with effective communication people tend to buy in the ideas as well.
The transformational style of leadership tends to not serve well, in scenarios where deep level of implementation is expected. Highly detail oriented managers or team is needed for a successful implementation of the ideas of a transformational leader. In such sitiatuions, the negatives of this leadership style come to surface evidently.
Forming an effective team that is able to perform the execution will leade to effective execution and lead to the successful completion of the project.
