Blueberry-is one of the superfood because it is filled with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids It can help heart health,blood pressure,skin health,bone strength,prevents cancer and helps in mental health.It contain a compound called anthocyanin

2) this foos should be one of the five portions of a daily fruit and vegetable consumption.One cup of blueberry gives 24% of a person recommended vitamin C.

3)According to study of Harvard school of public health and University of East Anglia in UK,regualr consumption of anthocyanin could reduce the risk of heart attack by 32% in middle aged and young women.

It was analyzed that women who consumed 3 servings of blueberries per week proved the best results.
