1. Antenna and the ocelli are function as a sensory region. Antenna is for touch, odor, humidity, vibration, velocity, direction etc. and ocelli is for light intensity.

2. Wings and jumping legs are specialized for movement which are present in thorax region.

3. Insects have little claws at the end of their legs which help them to hold on plants.

4. Third pair of legs are lot bigger and more muscular with spring like tendons.
