Fillet the edge with 0.1 in radius. All four edges should be filleted as practically there will be a fillet and not a sharp part from manufacturing perspective. In the filleted edge, provide mesh control. In the meshing tab, select mesh control and select all four fillets and give mesh size of 0.1/4 or 0.1/3 which means you are providing 4 or 3 elements in the fillet region which will definitely give accurate results.
