Hey, so the questions I put up are for my class that I’m taking at my University. The class I’m taking is supposed to get me ready for interviews in my field of study. My field of study is Electrical Engineering, which I’m getting a Bachelor’s in. Anyway, I need to interview someone that currently has a job in electrical engineering. The questions below are what I need answered. I can’t stress this enough please don’t answer these questions if you don’t have a job in Electrical Engineering. Also, please answer all the questions not just some of them. Lastly if you could type out your responses it would be a great help. I have a problem reading some people’s hand writing. I’d like to say thank you in advance to the person that answers these questions for it is my last assignment for this class.

Explanation / Answer
1- I work for Bajaj Electricals pvt ltd.
2- I am currently a quality & production engineer in the production department of the company.
3- My job starts at 10 am. I go to the company and read the data from the previous day and the also check the todays production target from the latest chart. Then i go check all the staff that work under me. I make sure that the work is started with time and all staff is present. During the production of the electrical appliances i regularly check that the product is bieng manufactured by guidelines. After a new product is manufactured first time, i do all the quality checks accirding to international standards. I do have lunch and evening snacks. I submit reports to my manager at the end of the day. Then i leave.
4- I make decisions related to product quality. I reject or approve a product. I also take decisions for my staff. What techinician should be hired and what not.
5- I just joined it for a good salary. As an engineer i think i am intend to do it. I got placed from campus. This compsny visited our college. They took interview and selected me . I accepted their offer .
6- As i said i got placed from campus. I am working from past two years with this company.
7- The experience is very necessary to work in any industry or to get a good job. You can obtain the same by grabbing some intermship or training .
8- I just love working with my staff. I love using engineering principles to check a product quality .
9- I like most the harmony between the people working there. This is my daily life life now. They motivate me everyday more and more.
The only thing i dislike is the bounding. I have to stay there from morning to evening. Thats the hardest.
10- I have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. I have also obtained a trainining in PLC , SCADA, HMI and DRIVES. I am just working with bajaj from past two years as my first company.
11- Before job i was a student. I was always short of money. But now i have money. But the thing is that i had enough time those days , but now i am striving to get some free time .
12- I would not change anything. It is perfect for me. Thanks.
