The figure shows 6 paths meeting at a point on a diverging lens. Consider rays of light striking the lens along of one of these paths and refracting. Label each of the combinations as either true or false, depending on whether they represent how rays would behave. The two points represent the focal points of the lens.

Note that the only place the ray will pass through the lens without bending is at the absolute center of the lens (where the optic axis passes through the lens). None of these rays pass through center of the lens at the optic axis.
