assuming that the parcel is intially stable,

it's density=1025 kg/m^3

so force on it in layer 1=p1*V*g

so acceleration= 9.8+(1022*1026)*9.8

so speed=2as

=19.56 ms^-2

so speed=2*19.56*30

=1173.56 m/s
