Question

Assignment 1: Select a Project

It’s now time for you to select a project to plan over the duration of this course. Choose wisely, you will want it to be something you can work on throughout the course and it must be original.  Do not find a case study for a project that is already underway or completed.

You will use the Project Management Plan Template to add project plan components in each unit of this course. Here are some ideas to keep in mind as you discuss what project to work on:

It could be a project that’s in the pipeline—and the faucet will be turned on soon!

It might be a project you have been championing but no one’s bitten. Maybe if you had a plan for your project, they’d see what a good idea it is!

it might be something you would like to do on your own that needs to be planned out before you are ready to start.

Above all—keep it simple!
