May someone please help me with this question? Thank you
Problem #1. You would like to control a 10 ohm load from a microcontroller. The 10 port on the microcontroller is capable of sourcing or sinking 1 mA 3.3 volts sourcing and 0 volts sinking. The load operates between ground and +150 VDC. a- Create the circuit capable of driving this load from the output port of the microcontroller and create a schematic diagram. Try to make your schematic diagram as complete as possible. b- For consistency and to save you some time, I've chosen the main power drive transistor for you. It is a BSC600N25NS3 N-channel MOSFET from Infineon Semiconductor. The cool part is that the model is already in LTSpice. Run an LTSPICE simulation to verify your design and include it with your results. Note: pay careful attention to the voltage drive requirements for the MOSFET transistor and the voltage output available from the microcontroller. It would be a good idea to download the data sheet for the part. https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-BSC600N25NS3G_-DS-v02 04- en.pdf?fileId-db3a3043243b5f17012496ab13871948 Check the figure 7, Typical Transfer Characteristics before you start your designExplanation / Answer
You don't upload the figure 7. plz upload it .It would be very helpful for me to solve the problem
