Question

I have to do a lab report on the Kinetics of Jello and fine the orders of the reactants, the Rate Law and Rate constant as well as the Activation Energy (Ea ) and the Frequency Factor (A) using my kitchen at home. I dont understand how I'm supposed to find these or how to analyze the data even after I find them. I understand the activation energy would be when the water starts boiling but do I take a temperature data point or like the amount of time it takes for it to boil? What is a Frequency Factor? And how do I find Rate Law and Rate constant from this?

Explanation / Answer

Rate law and constant can be calculated by taking concentration of product by reactants.
