The wife's children is the defendant of the case.
2. The trial court ruled the decision in favour of the defendant (wife's children). The court of appeals affirmed the same.
3. I read the case clearly and understood the facts of the case. I found who are the plantiff and defendants of the case. I also found what was the decision given by the trial court and subsequently by the court of appeals.
The plantiff had the contract with the husband and wife and not with the wife's children to purchase the land at a fair price. So, the wife's children were not under any legal provision to sell the land only to the husband and wife. They could sell the land to any unrelated buyer.
