Answer to Question No. 1) The budget is under control in terms of schedule as no major deviation has been noted from the schedule time of completion. The activities related to sitework, fencing, excavation, foundation and rough elctric is completed within the expected time frame. However, as per planning the paving activity should get completed by 3rd Month but the same is not done as per the planning schedule and results in major deviation. The deviation is of 15 days as the same needs to be completed by 3rd month and we are evaluating the project at 3 and half month.Further, the framing and rough electric work is scheduled to be completed by 4rth month and 50% and 75% of both the activities is respectively done after 3 and half month.
