Explanation / Answer
According to me the parental testing of the fetus for the physical disability is right thing because now a days through science and technology it is possible to know whether the baby is physically handicapped or not.. If the fetus is found to be a physically handicap it better to abort rather than giving birth to them and then giving them in the orphans or someone else and not taking the responsibility of the baby... The child will not be able to enjoy anything and neither be taken care by anyone.. It will be difficult for the parents and the child to handle the situation.. Hence it better to abort in this situation .!!
