Negative side shows satisfaction level. Green line displayes how many querries has been resolved. Red line shows how many querries have been created. Blue line shows satisfactory level as when the difference between the number of querries created and no. of querries resolved increases, It can clearly be seen that on those areas satisfactory level is decreasing and vice-versa. The trend shows that the level of satisfaction is decreasing since the difference between the red and green line is constant or increasing during the given period.
