I would find a way to revamp the product that I am selling. After looking at other ways to find up my declining sales, I may have come to the determination that the products that I am selling maybe the reason fordeclining sales, the product may be out-dated or not needed as much as before.

I would get my sells team together so they could pitch some ideas on how they would revive the products, then I would get my advertising team tgether to come up with an awesome advertisement to get people to notice the products and also give a discount on certain products to show cutomer appreciation. I could up the price of the products and then give a good discount, that way my customers are happy and I would increase my sales and still make a profit for my company.
