E-Waste or Electronic waste which are discrded from electronic devices which we are using in day-today life. most of the e-wastes are television, mobiles, fax machines, computers etc., these are repaired and considered as waste, throw it outside. But this are dumped in open place, Electronic scraps having various materials like lead, mercury, cadmium etc., those are harmful to soil and water, when this scraps gets contact with the water and soil, makes them toxic. Most of the countries are dumping e-waste but noone try to reuse and recycle it. in global india is the biggest e-waste dumping yard in the world. E-waste should be processed properly to ensure the toxic materials are not released into the environment.E-waste, not only affects the soil, water and environment, it also affects the human. An estimate of 50 million tonnes of e-waste produced every year,it may increase in future because of rapid growth in technology and also cheaper price of electronics.E-waste creates a real threat and danger to the global environment at large. Globally includes the environmental impacts created by e-waste like afffecting the nature, soil, water, air and a risk to human beings. some of the wires in the e-waste are burned for getting copper in that but that helps to release hydrocarbon in the air. heavy materials like lead, barium leach into the soil and affects the growth of plants or those toxic are intruded into the plants and eaten by human beings. Range of e-waste in my locality is high but some of the local dealers start earning something from e-waste also like dismantle the waste and use the good one for recycling still most of the people not having awareness about the e-waste and its threat. We need create awareness to the people and also it helps to give some employment to peoples. best place to storing and dismantling e-waste in a barren land or waste land not used for agriculture activity and also not near to agri land or near settlements, it should be located outof town. Most of the people comes to know about e-waste, but they don't have time reuse it, so they just throw it out, if money plays a role in it or some earnings from e-waste means everyone involved voluntarily. our community needs money not a good environment, so we can convey the people with money later they released the toxic after come to know about real threats and how it affects our future.
