2) A simpson saffir scale can be defined as it is a scale that is used to sort out the tropicalcyclones in the western hemisphere. it is only applicable for the storm which are stronger than the actual storm and have the ability to become the hurricanes. thus here it is given that the cyclone achieve the maximum wind speed of the 136 mph which fall in the range of the speed of category 4 cyclone in the scale and thus it have the rank of this respected category on the scale.

4) The greater destruction will take place in the track eye 1. it is because to the fact that the track eye 1 have the path which is passing through the region of the habitat and the settlement. other factors are it is narrow region and have the less area as compared to the track 2. this make the coastal very near to the point of observations which make more air and water current to flow over there and make this region more destructive.
