1) It is very relevant that the consumption increases as a country reaches to its highest developed levels such as high technologies implications, daily basis energy requirement for values additional. Thus, a life style of such rich countries require more consumption. But at the same time, it must be their liabilities to utilizes the resources in a sustainable manner. More programmes related to renewable resource which is further leads to the clean energy can be emphasized.
2) Unlike from Western countries, per capita energy consumption is comparatively low for developing countries. But the projection of the development to become a develop country motivates to use more energy resources in industries, processing and lifestyle consumption. Again it is not also an ethical practicing to go further by exploiting resources for the sake of development.
3) There is always a soft corner for developing counties from these refugees as they can be used as low cost labors for these industries.
