Please read page 0:3 of your text book before doing this activity 1. Go to the CoCoRaHS website www.cocorahs.org 2. Click on "View Data" and then click on "Daily Precipitation Reports." 3. Enter the name of the state (please select South Dakota) and county (please select Brookings) 4. Choose a start date (use 05/01/2017) and an end date (use 05/07/2017) 5. Click "Search" to display the stations in your county. 6. You will see multiple stations. To view data for one station you will have enter the Station number for one of the stations in the "Station Fields" box (put in SD-BK-7 as station number) and check "Station Number." 7. Click "Search." 1. During the last seven days, how many days had precipitation reports? (2 pts) 2. What is the precipitation total for the week? If applicable, how many inches of snow? 1)In the past 7 days precipitation occured on three days ie; 5/4/2017----it was only .04inches.
5/3/2017---- total precipitation amount is .12 inches.
5/1/2017-----total precipitation amounts .84 inch.It was rainfall ,which turned into snow.

While seaching weather report on the website it showed the weather of South Dakota as state and country as Brookings, so we can say yes it Brookings had experiece the similar weather conditions.
