Pls answer both parts for Upvote

a) Using the following g table, comment whether there is an association between hair lead content and blood hemoglobin

b. Below are Boxplots ordering the job-specific BPb levels for male and female workers in lead factories. Summarize the results presented by the graph. * means there is a significant exposure to lead.

Table 1. De of blood and hair ters Kyrgyzstan n-20 n-20 na20 Blood haemoglobin (g/L) 107 +7 95+3 95 90-99 98+8 mean + SD Median 90-115 76-115 Hair lead (ug'g) Median 5.04 0.02-36.00 8.86 4.89 1.13-27.40 2.71-50.10 Hair cadmium (ugig) Median 0.09 0.01-0.31 0.11 0.01-1.41 Range 0.06-0.50 Hair mercury (g'g) 0.07

Explanation / Answer

a. Since there is no mean available for the hair lead content, the blood lead content and the hair lead content are compared on the basis of their median and range values. There seems to be no correlation between the two parameters since the values do not follow a consistent trend.

Further analysis can be prepared using the Kruskal-Wallis Test or the Mann-Whitney U test to see high resolution trendline, however still no relation woud be found.

b. Ony four sectors show women with high blood lead levels. Assembling, Packaging, Charging and Others.
The highest range of blood lead are seen in the Stearate sector where the lowest value is 5 and the highest value is 80.
The lowest range is seen in the charging section in women between 7-12.

Analysis -
