7 and 9 may be the first infected ones.because it says that 8 and 18 are not infected.
so we can say that those who shakes hand with 8 and 18 in each stage are not inffected till that stage.
ie , In 1 stage =>1 and 11 are not innfected
2 stage =>2 and 5 are not inffected ,but by shaking hand with 10 and 7 ,1 and 11 got infected in the 2 stage.ie 7 is already inffected from first stage .And 10 through 9 got inffected from the first stage.
3 stage=>5 infectted from 7
4 stage => 2 got inffected from 10 ,6 got inffected from 5,17 got infected from 11.
