there test statisitc for treatement is F=MS(treatemtn)/MS(error)=106.66/17.06=6.25 with (4,12) df
critical F(0.05,4,12)=3.26 is less than calculated F=6.25, so we reject null hypothesis that all treatments effect are same/equal.
(b) The relative efficiency of LSD to CRD is given as
