In many countries HIV/AIDS prevalences is increasing rapidly among women of reproductive age so women should know they HIV status and understand the importances of HIV prevention during maternal period the women should undergo HIV test and if she is HIV positive then she should be very careful about the the trasmission to her husband and child so she has to revelie it to her partner about the HIV and she has to take long term treatment (antiretroviral ) , and should take care, nutrition, support , counselling and follow up and she should go for safe sex with her husband and should not donate blood,The AIDS patient battle is not only about using condoms or adherence to medication in this social ecological model it shows that individual , inter personalm social, and organizational factors contributed to participants testing behaviors and attitudes and by understanding the factors that influence attitudes and intention for HIV testing will show the development of culturally congruent prevention interventions and programs, the ways to improve these disparities and prevent the spread of the disease is to increase rates of HIV testing . In many endemic countries for HIV the men are dominant and decision makers on every thing then the government should ensure that the human rights are met and many countries has also made laws that the person purposefully transmitting the HIV are to be criminalized and also many laws to protect the countres from the spread of the HIV and also for helping the HIV positive patients.
