He can shave with an electric shaver Jun-Wei loves chips and lollies. . washing and with assistance to . Staff must plan meals for Jun-Wei and other residents to ensure they are well- nourished. Jun-Wei can peel vegetables and make a sandwich without help. Jun-Wei does not understand the different denominations of money or how much things cost. However, he likes to have money in his pocket to spend at the shops. He can move around independently but cannot catch public transport or walk to places without being accompanied. Sometimes he wanders out of the house or away from his group, thinking he can find his way back when he wants to. . . . .Jun-Wei also suffers from asthma that is sometimes brought on by exercise or stress, and eczema that is sometimes brought on by stress and heat. .He has puffers and creams that he must be reminded to use. . Those who know Jun-Wei well can understand him when he talks but strangers or those he doesn't know well find him difficult to understand This is partly due to him mumbling when he feels shy. 9). The new staff member did the following in accordance with jun- wei's care plan:-
1. She reminds Jun Wei to shower and how to wash properly and dries his back only.
2. Accompanied him on a walk to visit his friend.
3 . She reminds Jun Wei to apply cream for eczema when his skin is itchy.
10). The worker has failed to comply with Jun we'd care plan in the following :-
1. The worker only dried his back . Jun Wei needs assistance in drying his back, feet and hair.
2. The worker send him alone to buy six apples and four bananas with 50 dollar cash. Jun Wei only likes to have money in his pocket but he does not know the numerical denominations of money and don't know to go alone anywhere.
3. The new worker asks him to fry the steak even though she is supervising but ,Jun Wei only knows to peel vegetables and to make sandwich.
4. The staff member gives water to Jun Wei when he was wheezing due to asthma attack . It might have caused aspiration . She must have given him his pump to inhale.
5. Talking to the owner of shop about how Jun Wei is unable to manage money. The staff member should not have send Jun Wei alone to buy fruits . It's just bringing forward the weakness of the person and that too it is due to disease condition.

The worker has failed to identify and deal with risks :-
- The staff member does not had a therapeutic relationship and also not assessed the problems of the patient thoroughly. She was unaware of asthma and gave water during where which can lead to aspiration.
She was unaware that Jun Wei does not know about denominations and she send him alone to shop to buy fruits . The shopkeeper might have overcharged him.
She knows that Jun Wei does not go alone to places but then also she send him alone it could have lead to accident on the way
She asked him to fry steak , although she knows that he makes only sandwich . The patient had chances of suffering burns.
She was aware that Jun Wei needs assistance in drying back ,hair and feet. She only driesvhis back and left feet and hair wet which might have caused fall injury due to slipping on the floor.
