From the MLE table, for we use Plan L for sample size raning between 3201 and 10000. Hence, we use Plan L.

At Inspection Level II and AQL level 1.5, the sample size that the corporation should take is 200. Accept if the defects less than 7 and Reject if the defects more than 8.

At special Inspection Level - 4 and a lot size of 35, we should use Plan C. At Normal Inspection, the Sample Size should be 5, Accept if 0 defect and reject if defect >= 1.
