Explanation / Answer
1. First we will discuss the impact of gender. There are 18 Females and 12 males in the population. The mean of Females task completed is 12 and for males, it is equal to 11 tasks. So, there is no major impact of gender on task completed.
Further if we categotize it by the level of education, we can see that there are 9 College students, 5 Graduates and 16 High School students. If we see the average task completed by this groups, we see that the average is 11.67, 11.2 and 11.5 respectively. Which tell that education level has no significant impact on task completed.
NOw , we will check the relationship between type of motivation and number of task completed. We can see that in group, average of task completed by people is only 10.4 and for individual, average number of task completed by people is 12.6, which is significantly higher than group average task completed.
That shows the group tendency of people, because there were no individual motivation or reward in Group tasks, so people tend to put less effort because their effort will reward everyone equally.
