So the tablets to be given is 1tab

Supply 0.5mg tabs

So 0.5X 2=1, for 1mg drug 2 tabs are required

3.zoloft 50mg PO daily

100mg tablet

1 tablet =100mg of drug

1mg =1/100 tablet

So. For 50mg we need

50*(1/100)=1/2=0.5 tablet

4. 30mg PO daily

We have a 10 mg tablet

So 1 tab=10mg

So for 1mg=1/10tab

For 30mg =30/10=3tabs

5. Cardizem 60mg scored PO tid

So for a day we need 90*3=270 mg

So with a 60mg tab we will need =270/60=4.5 tablets per day

10. 400 mg PO q6h

Augmentin 250 mg/5mL

So for 1 mg it is 5/250 mL

So for 400 mg

It will be = 400*(5/250)= 8mL in every 6 hours
