We need to find P(x<67.5) as this is normal we will convert x to z
z=x-mean/sd=67.5-69.5/2=-1
So P(z<-1)=0.5+P(0<z<-1)=0.5-0.3413=0.1587
Which means 15.87% have height less than 67.5
