Explanation / Answer
To determine : "The amount of time working women spend shopping for clothing in a typical month."
a. Type of data :-
In statistics there are following types of data :-
Here, we should use Binary type, Binomial type & Real-valued type data .... for this survey.
b. Three categorical questions that I feel would be appropriate for this survey :-
A. Do you shop online for clothing at least once a week?
E. How many days a week do you shop?
G. About how much of your free time do you spend shopping?
Because, many women saves their time by online shopping ... so, "Question A" is needed and is related with "amount of time" and the answer will be "Binary type".
Similarly "Question E" is also related with "amount of time" and the answer will be "Binomial type"
And, "Question G" is also related with "amount of time" and the answer will be "Real-valued type" or, "Continuous Type"
Besides, we can use "Question F" can be considered but the above 3 are appropriate according to my opinion.
