Ans: R square is the proportion of variation explained by the explanatory variables to the total variation of the regression model.
F is the test statistic for whole explanatory variable in the regression model whereas t is the test statistic for the individual explanatory variable in the model.
And what are the residuals saying?
Residual can explain the nature of the model. Using residual characteristic we can explain that model is reasonable or not.
