Family and friends help me to succeed to reach my goals, they also try to motivate me this helps me to survive because I always have someone to fall back on during hard times, much like loyalty does provide.Loyalty enables me to succeed because it inspires teamwork and interpersonal connectedness, leading to someone coming to help me if I am loyal to them or vice versa; this enables me to survive because if I don't that is completely nothing then someone might help me out in my time of need. Hard work and being competitive and learning new in my organization is to my toolkit.
