Iam going to randomly select one state to visit. From the seven states, if I randomly select 2 states to visit next year, calculate the following probabilities. a. both states selected border the atlantic ( I will only visit once , i.e. without replacement) b. both states selected border the atlantic ( I am open to visiting a state twice, i.e. with replacement)
