Assess your proficiency for two or more competencies. What is your greatest strength? In what areas could you improve?

Analyze the competencies you selected. How do they relate to health care organizations striving for a culture of excellence? How might gaining proficiency of these competencies better enable you to personally contribute to organizational excellence, including effectiveness and success in health care administration?

1) Relationship Management
Negotiations and Conflict management are my greatest strengths whereas community relations and influence are the areas for improvement. I assess my relationship management as med level proficient due to the experience i carry from my previous work experience.

2) Consultation
Problem soliving and Creativity, Innovation are my stregth whereas Talent management and time management I need to improve a lot.

Both relationship management and Consultation should be mandatorily assessed in HealthCare domain. Relationship management has the greatest impact on the entire business of healthcare because the human touch can not be replaced with equipments. Every stakeholder in healthcare industry has crucial role to play and one has to be good at it. In healthcare administration the entire operations involve many people who are key decision makers so improving proficiency in Relationship Management will help me to survive longer as administrator.

Consultation: The healthcare industry is very dynamic in terms of problems it faces from financial,regulatory, operational, HR which requires good problem solving skills. The consultation also delivers the content which is needed to communicated in proper time to keep smooth working so this competency is must.
