Explanation / Answer

Hon. guests & my dear fellow students,

As we all know that we're now in a vital phase of our career, which naturally makes us think about the future plans.

It's well said that, "future is theirs who has ability to see through it & dreams turn into reality whose efforts speak beyond limits."

I'm pretty sure that many of us are still not aware of how to define these limits or boundaries.

Since defining this path is obviously not at all possible without planning, we must understand the basic ground rules.

Planning the career is one of the very initial and important thing.

Planning makes us achieve targets on regular basis.

It keeps us on the right track & result oriented.

Networking through job portals is the key factor for fast professional recognition.

There are numerous websites these days which helps for job search such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.

It helps to get the job within shortest period of time.

Professional resume is always preferred over the usual one.

Always mention key / expert areas below objective.

Mention strength & weakness along with hobbies.

Highlighting important points makes life easy for reviewer.

Always make sure that details in the resume are true and valid.

Research regarding the company plays important role in decision making.

Also, it shows that you're keen and interested in an opportunity.

Sometimes our day to day job makes us mentally exhausted.

So choosing career of your interest is always favourable, the only reason being true passion behind the interest.

So these are few topics which should be considered, and then you're good to go beyond success.

Thank you.
