1. Yes, it changes the content, ideas, etc. of their lists enough to transform it into something brand new without crediting the source. It’s a kind of paraphrasing plagiarism.
2. Aggregating content is not creating original work unless they are properly cited and credited. People use other people’s work in their work but acknowledge them. People at times compile contents, such as videos, photos, ideas and words but they give credit to the owners. So aggregation will come under plagiarism if it is not acknowledged properly.
3. Copy right is important because one’s invention and knowledge should not be stolen and sold for monetary benefits. It comes under intellectual crime. There are few other resources that come under the public domain which is free to access and circulate. It means that the owner’s copy right has expired or prevented.
