Meditation is the gateway to understand yourself and it helps to respond in a way that brings peace. When I practice meditation regularly, I had a control over me and it helped me to tackle many problems. Its the best way to estimate yourself and you can see the improvement clearly within some period. I suggest that meditation is the only way to know your own inner soul and work accordingly to make you perfect or the person who fits to live in this world. Meditation basically helps you to know you in first, which in turn helps in managing conflicts and so.
Representation of an employee or corporate differs from representing a normal person in a way that the latter has influence of oneself whereas the previous person has the influence of their organisation. And it also shows that an employee is not the one who could represent himself first, he is in a need to represent his organisation and then his views about it. Negotiating an employee or corporate will give you a greater impact when it comes to your job or career comparatively. so it's better to be calm and take right decisions when it comes to an end.
Meditation doesn't lead to compromise, it leads to a solution which doesn't create an issue anymore. Compromise on both sides is good when both agreed for it, otherwise it's better to be uncompromised. Compromising plays a major role only when there is a smooth relation between the parties.
