1. I would give a case and get to know his perception depth.
2. I would brief codes of conduct of the organisation and put some example before him.
3. I would focus on the organisation culture facts before him frequently.
4. I would also discuss why his perspective is changed the reason behind it.
5. I would state the consequences or effects with example happened in the past if he didn’t change his attitude.
6. I would warn Bill if he didn’t change his view.
(3.) I am taking to employees because to know the environment among the employees. Their communication level, topic of communication, way of communication, behaviour towards each other etc would be known to me. This would help me to find out the employee’s productivity and the environment of the organisation they develop. This would help me to know the feedback from every employee and also know the employee’s perspective. It would help me in the better management of the organisation resources.
The 2 to 3 techniques that I will give to this worker to improve their communication with other employees and I are as follows:
The tone used would be medium and sometimes low take with employee. So that the employee should understand the situation. I would be empathetic, share experiences, speak in the appropriate tone, use good communication, etc to build rapport with this employee. I would share the experiences and then him to share his experiences and I would listen to all the experiences. I would happy to ask question with him. I would discuss with him on some areas to get the information or his perspective.
