Best Buy is an American International company who has been operating in Canada & Mexico as well. It is a consumer electronics company and they also sell variety of products like Video games, HDTV, data and power cables, office supplies and many other consumer related electronic products.
After a lot of research and analysis about Best Buy we can say that Best Buy what they stated about the customer service and what is actually happening are truly contradicting. If you see Best buy policy they say, “strive to prevent error”, “ lowest price guaranteed” , “ Best customer service”. These are the slogans of Best buy. However when you see the actual customer response it has been really very bad. There have been many customers who not really happy with the transaction they made with Best buy. Most of the customer have face a lot of difficulties and complained in many other ways. Some are not happy with the pricing, some not happy with the customer assistance they give, some not happy with the quality of products they offered. Hence there have been too many complications around Best buy. In this case I think I really support the customers view point since there has been too many complaints received on the company for their bad experience and if you see the comments customers have made, you can make out how good the Best Buy is treating the customer. Upon all the survey and analysis using the information available in the internet, we can strongly say that Best Buy has really not been keeping the customers happy. There had been many instances where they have dissatisfied the customers and many complaints have been received and posted on the website. Also when referred the international service industry benchmarking organization ACSI, even they have quoted that Best Buy has fallen down with customer service survey by 1.3% which is not a good sign for any company. Also they have quoted that there had been many customers who gave negative marking for Best Buy and the experience with the company and mentioned that they will not again visit Best buy.
