Though question is not clear but still trying to give the answers. Actually vaccines are given to the childs to protect them from various diseases but still it happens sometimes. As the days are passing by , babies are taking much more vaccines in their lives. If we compare with the 10 or 20 years back then we can see the number of vaccines they have taken earlier was much more less. There are good effects and bad effects too of taking these vaccines . So many new diseases are affecting the world which are just impossible to resist without the help of those vaccines. But if we think from the other angle of view , taking too much vaccines may hampers the anti body which allows the diseases to enter our body quite easily which increases the chances of afffecting by the diseases much more.
Autism is totally a different issue and it cant be resist or controlled by any vaccines. It occours if certain sensitive nerves dont grow in the baby while baby was in the mothers womb.
