In all of the above factors from a SWOT analysis, opportunities are the most important for an organisation. By properly focusing on upcoming opportunities and capturing the market regarding that is specific opportunity could be very beneficial for the organisation to enter a market and to improve the overall situation implementing different strategies as per the analysis which is done on the basis of specific measurements.
Even if I am any CEO of an organisation my answer or response would not have been changed as opportunities are the main reasons why the swot analysis is done. By having a constant look on opportunities and finding better markets to do the business is the most important part of this is specific analysis method.
If I was a customer of accompany then I would have looked into strengths of the company for getting the best product out of their product range. By looking into the strength and finding out the best available products I would have benefited myself with the help of strength analysis of any organisation.
As an employee I would have looked into the threads as well as the opportunities for the organisation as these two specific criterias would have been very beneficial for me if I was successful mitigating any kind of issue as well as finding threats for the organisation as it would have helped in improving the overall productivity by reducing the number of threats for the organisation in successful determination.
If I was a supplier for the organisation then I would have directly look for the weaknesses and would have targeted the same segment by providing services according to fulfillment of the specific weakness of the organisation. It would definitely have increase my business as the company would have been very fitting by fulfilling regarding the weaknesses in the organisation.
