Explanation / Answer

Lumbar plexus- contributes to nerves that innervate the posterior regions of the leg. The lumbar plexus is a mesh of nerves in the lumbar region (legs) of the body. This plux is the part of the larger lumbosacral plexus.

Brachial plexus- plexus gives rise to the musculocutaneous nerve. The musculocutaneous nerve originates from the lateral cord of the brachial plexus. Therefore, these nerves contain fibres from spinal roots C5, C6, and C7.

Cervical plexus- plexus controls the trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles.

Tibial nerve - nerve innervates the soles of the feet. This nerve divides into two plantar nerves- Medial and lateral.

Saphenous nerve- carries sensory information from the medial surface of the leg.

Ulnar nerve- carries sensory information related to the fifth digit (pinkey finger).
