The patient has Edema with high blood pressure, having chronic diabetes, and lack of urination is suggesting the Edema he gained is due to the diabetes, now with high blood pressure, the kidney function has significantly reduced that is suggesting the patient has End Stage Renal Disease. That is also due to three times dialysis in a week.
