Imagine you are applying for a position which requires teamwork and leadership skills.

Event - Final year group project

We four of our friends decided to take up our final year group project on Road Safety. I was nominated as the team leader. We were given three months to complete the project. We needed to collect data from all the road users. We needed to go to different areas to collect the data to make the project more realistic. Two of our friends didn't want to stand on the road because of the noise and dust but on the other hand myself and the third friend were interested in interacting with people. So I decided to divide the task based on interests, thus entrusting things for he right person.

I asked the two friends who wanted to work indoor to collect the data needed to complete the introduction and literature review and we both went to different places to collect the data. At the end of data collection we all sat together and completed the data interpretation and the final chapter. We four were happy and our happiness increased when the best project was named during the annual day and that was ours.
