Summary: In this reading pocket, evolution of human body and its advantages in comparison to animals is explained. The most advantage of evolution to human body is being upright or vertical or ability to stand up that makes human being special, more developed and more advanced in functioning than other species in this world. Being up enabled human to recognize conscious, generated awareness (self as well as surroundings), explored to more experience, changed internal body functions (nervous system, orientation, alertness), made more interactive and shaped expressions. All these developments ultimately led human body to respond more and feel more that resulted in shaping human existence and shaping human life style. Body feelings and responses are according to nature (day/night, weather/climate etc) and therefore two major phenomenon of our life are waking up in the morning and sleeping at night, waking up is excitement and sleeping is unexcited. These up and down of daily routine are complimentary to each other one (waking up) gives you excitement, new experiences and other (sleeping) relaxes your body and mind. Being up (vertical), standing and awakening has to do with being excited and this excitement (in the form of actions and feelings) gives us strength. And this whole cycle helps in self –forming and makes you self- aware (about our living process/activities). Situations in which we live and how we perceive them, shape our present and effects our future and also effects our awareness as well as conscious. Therefore standing up for every situation helps in self formation, and creating life style. Being upright generates human connections/relationships which also play important role in shaping your life. Being with family or in relationships and also maintaining own boundaries to be own self, are parts of human life and individual is the one who decides his/her lifestylethrough his/her body responses, feelings and expressions.
