Any action; with or without the consent of the participants when any action or situation, which recklessly, intentionally, or unintentionally endangers the; mental, physical, or academic health or safety of a student it is termed Hazing. This practice should be eliminated from the venues of American life, especially at public universities as generally it is based on stereotypes and biases and cause serious emotional and physical harm to the students i.e. it may be a violent activity.
