Good and trustworthy environemnt always works good for the organization. Following points should be considered 1)clear comminication - The should be no diplomacy in communication. If there are any issues solve it quickly and not to pretend they don't exists.

2) Supervisor should listen to everyone's ideas. To set up specific day, time in which employee can come up and discuss his/ her own idea.

3) Recognize hard work - Whenever the work is acknowledged or appreciated it boosts employee to work hard. Rewards matter a lot in the organization

4) Show Trust: It necessary for the supervisor to step back and let the employees do the work. The ffeling of being wathed may hamper the work.

5) Have some fun: Fun games, family games helps in building bonds in the organizations. Happier emplyee would perform much better than miserable one.
