Explanation / Answer

1)One philosophy which will be discussed in race which is a major factor in discrimination in contemporary society based on several factorsof RAWLS ideology like--1)social groups running a business 2)race participitating in development of buildings, educational institutes in the society 3)race involved in running of political parties 4)race involved in running of justice panel for civil law decisions and governing bodies 4)race involved in reservation of seats in job, education and social empowerment and upliftment--this concept discusses the impartiality and unbias in diffeent races of people when considering them for a job.5)consideration and importance of colored races and black and white races for setting up scientific research for the devlopment of the country 6)setting up region specificity for the running and governing of specific places 7)seeting up community laws, languages, religions and customs by particular races and tribes in particular regions of the world 8)discrimination and sorting of groups of different races in mega events, concerts, sports ,music programs and selective differential discrimination by the ruling authority.9)selective distribution and analysis of higher races based on phylogenetic history and evolutionary significance. 10)classification of false data for converion of people from one inferior race to higher superior race.

example--the running of managment firm with trolley and conveyor belt system with organizational hierarchy of distribution of duty starting from clerk of low religion, caste and race, line man, manager, engineer, supervisor and managing head with different socio-economic background and priviledges in the society.

Utilitarianism approach --considers the basis of decision of justice of particular region of society without considering major laws and acts so that proper decisions can be implemented on the basis of credibility without bias of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual identity, or socio-economic class. the people live happily on the basis of random decisions of group heads on the basis of everyday situation of people without any major laws and politics.

2)The social theory of equivalence of behavior and characters of people of different races and intersectional theory of criminal behavior--The social theory justifies the equivalence of character and behavior on the basis of nondiscrimination of characters and people in society, during running of government, civil laws, running of educational institutes on the basis of creditable merit in the society and hardwork and without monetary corruption.

The intersectional theory of criminal behavior discusses the gender problem and the intensity and propensity with inclination of crime by males and females. The male race is more prone to commit crime as compared to females. The factors include misguidance by males as well the use of intoxicated and inebriated drinks by males for offering to females and then committing crime in the form of rape and murder. The laws of the society are also weak for lower castes and races of the society as the criminals are often released on bail after paying huge amounts of money for example Agnew has proposed the theory and emotional state of males and females undergoing social trauma and injustice. The imbalanced state of mind leads to committing suicide by the concerned persons and sign of mind weakness and deterioration. The socio-economic status of poor people in the society is quite low due to whihc they are prone to various deadly diseases which lead to their death in the socety without any criminal investigation. Further example states that the criminal nature of african-american men and women is different from the criminal nature of american-white, latin, hispanic or asian american men and women due to stature, mental strength and physical strength of african men and women.
