Explanation / Answer

According to Netherlands law, you can possess drugs for personal use. Soft drugs in the country is legal, and soft drugs are marijuana, hash and cannabis. They are made naturally, only use of hallucination and any person in the country can buy it from a coffee shop. This has lead to low crime record in the country, after legalising drug.

If we take the example of country Spain which has decriminalised drugs like cocaine and heroine but then also the crime and AIDS rate is not coming down, but in Netherlands it is low. The reason behind this could be Netherlands people consume natural drugs while in Spain synthetic drugs have been legalised. This could be the main reason for AIDS increase in the country.

Prostitution is quite common in every country, but male Prostitution is also increasing worldwide. Many poor countries men are moving out from their countries for better opportunities but they don’t find any job, so instead of going back and to survive in the country they work up as male prostitute. For which they are paid .Countries like Lebanon, Syria and Some African countries men are entering this business as they don’t have any work.

Criminal commitment means a person arrested who is mentally ill at the present time. And crime control means protecting society from criminal by minimising the crime. This is a major difference between the two.
